At Cozee Pozee, every item is handmade with care, love, and attention to detail. Because of the custom and delicate nature of our products, please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

• Due to the bespoke nature of custom pieces, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom-made items.
• Custom requests are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please double-check all details before submitting your order or contact us to discuss your custom item. Once made these items cannot be returned and refunded.

Processing Times

• As everything is handmade, please allow extra time for your order to be created and delivered. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the point of order or in our bio on social media. If you need something sooner please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate this for you. 

Respect & Communication

• We kindly ask all customers to treat the owners with courtesy and respect. This is a small, independent business built with passion and dedication.
• Defamation or harassment on social media will not be tolerated. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can make things right.
